Nicole is part of the Williams & Co. marketing team, where she helps bring the team’s voice, events, and community presence to life. Born and raised in Massachusetts, something she apologizes for almost daily at the office, Nicole eventually made her way to Maine and has been happy to call it home ever since.

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Nicole worked in medical research administration at The Foundation for Blood Research. That experience gave her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and attention to detail, skills she now brings into her work across marketing, events, and client-facing communications.

After taking time at home with her two children when they were young, Nicole joined Williams & Co. once they were older and more independent. Today, she helps write and edit the Williams & Co. newsletter, which reaches more than 10,000 York mailboxes each month. She also supports press releases, marketing collateral, community events, and the many behind-the-scenes details that help keep the team connected to the people and places it serves.

Nicole is thoughtful, steady, and quietly essential to the team’s marketing efforts. Whether she is shaping a newsletter story, helping plan an event, or polishing a copy before it goes out into the world, she brings care, humor, and a strong sense of community to the work.

Outside of the office, Nicole and her husband enjoy trips to the White Mountains and Acadia National Park, hiking, exploring history, and spending time with their family.
