Lauren Pease is the Director of Operations for Williams & Co. at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains, supporting the systems, people, marketing, and day-to-day operations behind one of New England’s top-performing real estate teams.

Lauren was born and raised in Windham, Maine, before her family relocated to Mesa, Arizona, when she was fourteen. She graduated high school in Mesa and went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Sports Management from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. While at GCU, she worked with the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Grand Canyon University Men’s Basketball Team, gaining early experience in fast-moving, high-energy environments where details, timing, and teamwork mattered.

After graduation, Lauren earned her master’s degree in Management from Lasell University and built a career across several industries, including tech start-ups, healthcare IT, and academic publishing. Those roles gave her a strong foundation in operations, process improvement, communication, technology, and cross-functional team support.

In 2016, Lauren and her partner, Brandon, made the decision to leave Arizona and return to New England. Before joining Williams & Co., Lauren spent several years as Vice President of Operations for ACTEX Learning in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where she led large-scale international projects, supported global business operations, and helped teams bring complex ideas from planning to execution. She also led a full-scale company rebrand, giving her firsthand experience with the strategy, coordination, communication, and details required to guide an organization through meaningful change.

Today, Lauren brings that same steady, strategic approach to Williams & Co. As Director of Operations, she works across departments to help create smoother systems, clearer communication, stronger marketing support, and a better overall experience for both the team and the clients they serve. Her role is rooted in problem-solving, organization, and helping good people do good work with fewer obstacles in the way.

Outside of work, Lauren and Brandon love road-tripping throughout the country, attending sporting events and concerts, reading, and spending time with their beloved and very bouncy rescue dog, Reed.
