Jeremy is proud to call Alfred home, where he lives with his wife, Tatum, and their two rescue dogs, Chops and Rosie. Outside of real estate, they spend their time exploring the Seacoast, working on their home, and getting away to Florida whenever they can.

Jeremy’s best-kept local secret is Wells in the summer around 5:30 or 6:00 in the evening. He recommends heading to Drakes Island, parking in the public lot, and instead of going to the main beach, walking over to Wells Harbor Beach by the Drakes Island Pumping Station. It feels secluded, has incredible west-facing views, and is a great spot to bring the dogs, let them run, and enjoy the slower tide and laid-back evening vibe.
