For Halley, that feeling has always been tied to this area. She has traveled, lived, and worked in different places, but nothing has ever felt quite like coming home to the Maine coast. She believes you do not have to be from here to experience that same sense of belonging, and helping her clients make that possible is one of the parts of real estate she loves most.

Before real estate, Halley spent years working with some of the top chefs and hospitality groups in the Northeast. That background shaped the way she works today: attentive, thoughtful, detail-focused, and deeply committed to the experience people have along the way. After moving home to raise their family, Halley and her husband, Jake, helped open two successful local restaurants with their business partners: The Black Birch in Kittery Foreside and Chapel + Main in Dover, New Hampshire. Those spaces became more than restaurants. They became gathering places built around food, atmosphere, community, and quality of life.

Her transition into real estate was a natural next chapter. Halley brings the same care, high standards, and relationship-first approach to her clients that she brought to hospitality. Whether she is helping someone buy their first home, sell a longtime property, relocate to Southern Maine, or explore the Seacoast lifestyle, her goal is to make the process feel clear, grounded, and personal.

Outside of work, Halley spends her time with her husband and children, usually outdoors and enjoying the same coastal communities she helps her clients call home.
