Ellie Sanders is the CTO, Certified Treat Officer, for Williams & Co., where she specializes in snack quality control, moral support, and making sure no meeting goes entirely uninterrupted by cuteness. Originally from Tennessee, Ellie was adopted as Annie’s third rescue dog and joined her family in New Hampshire in December 2025, just before her 2nd birthday.

As a trusted member of the team, Ellie takes her responsibilities seriously. She greets visitors, keeps a close eye on office snack activity, and reminds everyone that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is take a quick break and pet the dog. Her leadership style is warm, curious, food-motivated, and deeply committed to the belief that every good idea deserves a treat.

Ellie brings a calm but enthusiastic presence to the office and has a natural talent for making people feel welcome. Whether she is supervising from a cozy spot, snoring loudly during one of her many on-the-clock naps, checking in on team members, or casually appearing anytime food is nearby, Ellie plays an important role in keeping the Williams & Co. office feeling friendly, grounded, and a little more joyful.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys walks, naps, snacks, and spending time with her favorite humans. She may not answer emails or show properties, but her contribution to company culture is undeniable.
